I am very pleased to recommend Dave Louw and his team. They did an excellent job building my house. Dave kept me updated and always discussed any problems with me. He worked closely with the architect and paid attention to even small details. He ensured that the site was kept tidy - not something all builders do. Dave is thoroughly professional and takes pride in his work.

Project Partners did a major renovation on our cliff top property on Scarborough Hill. The project was $400k + and involved structurally strengthening as well as architecturally design changes to the living areas and top two bedrooms to our ~20 year old house. They did a great job, and kept us informed as the project developed. The house survived the earthquakes well enough but probably would have been a write off without the steel based strengthening

Dave was extremely professional and his attention to detail was superb. Dave renovated a large house on Scarborough Hill for me. I would happily recommend Dave to build for me.
