My husband and I wanted to build a vacation home that would be big enough to accommodate our grown family. We wanted to find a builder who would work closely with us and help us make our dream come true. We found that builder and his name is Jeff Aubrey and his company is called Quality Construction. The Aubrey family works along with you to help you realize your goals. They organize all meetings needed with surveyors, architects, interior finishers etc. which moves the project along at a good pace. We never felt pressured and if changes were needed, no problem. Sharon and Matt Aubrey were a joy to work with. They helped us choose all the materials needed to finish the look of our home. Not once did I feel that I needed to hire an interior designer. At times, I would change my mind or call Sharon to discuss a decision. My calls were always welcomed. John Aubrey oversaw the site. My husband and I were always amazed at how neat the building site was. We would go up to check on the house on the weekends and there was nothing out of place. Jeff Aubrey has created a company that immediately puts his clients at ease. After leaving our first meeting, we knew that this was the builder for us. QCS worked with us from the planning and drawing stage of our project through to completion. They were delightful to work with, always had time to listen carefully, were always very pleasant and polite to deal with and very experienced in all aspects of our build. If we had a request that was unfamiliar to them, they researched and discussed it with us before either going ahead with it or at our request not. John was an awesome Foreman and our deadlines were met, the only budget overruns were our own additions to the original price quoted. It was a no stress project for us and we would not hesitate to recommend them highly as a company to work with. Five gold stars to QCS in all aspects of a home build.

Working with Jeff, Sharon, John, Matt, and Dave was a great experience. We approached them several years before we were even ready to build and they were kind enough to sit down with us and go over our plans, helping us to make alterations periodically until we were ready to build. There were no hidden surprises, and the build itself was amazingly stress-free. We felt completely comfortable having their team in charge of the build, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Their attention to detail and desire to build a top quality home is evident in every aspect of our house. Though we love our home, if we were ever to build again, we would use Quality Construction again in a heartbeat.

Project management to build our house. Provided management in every detail of the project, from drawings to completion. At the time sub trades were in demand, however, our project was so well co-ordinated that there were no delays. Sub trades commented to us on the quality and completion of our project in comparision to other builders in the area at the time.

Quality Construction Services are very good to work with. They use quality products and workmanship, are polite and respectful of both sub-trades and customers. Deadlines are met in an efficient manner.
