We just required a small job / boardroom to be created in our warehouse. Quality First Constructions were very easy to work with, came up with great solutions to work around existing infrastructure. The finished job looks great and was completed in a timely manner.

We used QFC for a very complex commercial renovation. Tim and the team were excellent throughout and delivered a difficult project in a tight timeframe. Their craftsmanship was excellent and the communication was fantastic throughout.

The Quality First Construction team were fantastic to deal with. Up front we had a tight deadline, and they delivered the project on time. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve (adding an extra bedroom), and with the help of their in-house designer the plans were quickly drawn up, approved, and put in place. There was complete transparency on every cost and item associated with the project, and even some changes mid build were accommodated with no issue. Even planned costs that were built in, and not required were credited back to us. We are very happy with the final product; it is impossible to tell that it was not part of the original construction. The QFC team took care of everything including carpet and air conditioning and now that it is completed, we couldn't be happier.

QFC were great to work with. They are a can do company and all of the employees that we worked with were focussed on a quality outcome for us as clients. Our project was a renovation and they were thinking ahead to identify potential problems or delays which always arise in a reno. They worked very well with us and our architect and accommodated our needs as well as met the quality outcome requirements. Post the completion they have also been great to deal with for the few small inevitable defects that needed fixing.

The team completed a large renovation to our 4 bed house including 2 bathrooms, replacing floors and some walls, we couldnt be happier with the result. The communication was key and knew what was happening throughout. Everything was to a high standard as requested.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Tim and the QFC Team for a special project along the Noosa Canals. With exceptional attention to Detail, Clear Communication and a high level of professionalism - The construction process has been brilliant and final product is something truely remarkable.

Our Project Manager, Tom Mitchell did a great job with managing the associated trades for our renovations which included a roof line extension, concrete pad driveways, new full on Entry Statement to property and new decking with lights etc. Job was financially competitive for Quality First Constructions Pty Ltd and all improvements were managed with quality tradesmen and quality end result. The team at QFC recently completed a commercial office fitout project for us in Moffat Beach. This is our second project with the team after they completed a residential renovation for us as well around 5 years ago. We couldn't be happier with the result of our new office and we highly recommend the QFC team. They have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
