My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Project manager was unorganized and made our installation very difficult. Hasn't paid final balance for over a year with multiple excuses. Claims of unprofessional installation, poor quality work all the while it's been over a year. Bob Lyles will claim the floor is not level, however overlooks the simple fact Carl is the project manager who mandated we " just get it done". We brought it to their attention the plumbing flange, electrical floor J-boxes, oak sills and slot drain in the shower - we all at different levels and this is a problems. As of today January 08, 2020 they still haven't paid their bill... Any suggestions ?

However, in our experience working with you as a subcontractor, we felt is was necessary to cut our relationship short due to quality control issues. We could not be happier with the end result on our renovation project. Working with RCL - especially our wonderful project manager, Geno - was a great experience. RCL development has completed 4 residences for me over a period of 15 years. I have been both architect and owner of the residences. I think the entire firm is a group of seasoned professionals dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, comprehensive project management and thorough attention to detail - producing the highest quality in residential construction. They work early with the owner, architect and other professionals to insure that the collaborative process necessary to produce an on time, on budget, successful project is achieved. RCL would be my only recommendation for a General Contractor in the Vero Beach area.

I have had the good fortune of working with Bob Lyles and RCL Development over many years and on many fine projects. As a design professional, I always appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with Bob and his staff whenever possible because they are equally committed to good design and conduct their affairs with high ethical practices. Acting on the client's behalf, I have always felt that RCL is interested and respectful in clarifying what the vision and design goals are for the project. With deadlines, budgets and emotions involved in construction projects, RCL has proven to me they have the knowledge, experience and patience to work through projects to the client's best interest.

RCL delivers top service. We were thrilled with our renovation. It was on budget and on time. They billed clearly, fairly, and promptly. Geno was our foreman and we recommend him and all of RCL's sub contractors most highly as well. Go with the best.

My wife and I hired RCL for a large renovation/addition project after considering and getting proposals from 3 other contractors. RCL did an A+ professional job in every way: Quality of work, Ability to Communicate (and Listen!), Supervisory skills, timeliness of work completion, Attention to budget were all excellent.
