Where do I begin?! Real Time Construction made our whole project experience smooth! We initially started looking for contractors in San Mateo, CA for our extension and remodel and were very happy after meeting Jaggi. He wasn't pushy, knew the area very well (we live in a post WWII-era track home development), and listened to our vision. His team was always on time and they communicated very well during the whole process. One of the things that stood out to my wife and I was how creative his team is. After the rough finishes, we mentioned to Jaggi and Sergio that our plans called for a built-in bench with storage and shelves in our dining area; they asked us for some photos of how we wanted the finished product to look and they immediately went to the home improvement store to get the materials. The built-in bench and storage with shelves was completed that day - AMAZING! The one thing about Real Time Construction that bothered me was how awesome they are... I guess we'll just have to keep hiring them for more projects!!!

We recently completed our ADU project with Real Time Construction, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The project was delivered on time and on budget, which is such a rare find in the construction industry. From start to finish, the team was a delight to work with—particularly Sergio (the owner), Jaggi (business development executive), and Chetan (program manager). Their flexibility and transparency made the entire process seamless. Even when we had last-minute design changes, they were more than willing to work with us, offering valuable input and ensuring that our vision came to life. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Overall, Real Time Construction exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for any construction project!

After screening several Licensed contractors in the Bay Area for our Remodel Project, we selected RTC based on their fair, prompt and competitive pricing in line with the Project Work Scope. The Team is well integrated with multiple sub-contractors, although the main foundation and framing work was managed by their own Team of experts. Sergio is a joy to work with; he understands customer requirements and wishes; tries his best to make the wishes come true with a smile and pleasant personality. The team kept the work environment clean and tidy. Their project management skills are exceptional. The quality of workmanship and attention to details with crown molding and fixtures were great. We loved the finishes and the ease of working with the Teams. They have also interfaced well with the installation of systems manufactured by third party (e.g, Elevator). One area for improvement may be in managing change orders. It would be desirable to have written and approved Change Orders prior to scheduling work. Although at the end of Project pricing adjustments were made with reasonableness and fairness.

Real time construction did such a great job renovating our house. They were very accommodating to what we wanted done to our house. Jaggi was responsive and easy to talk to. The most convenient thing about them is that they already have all the people necessary to get the job done from architecture, engineering to plumbing. They’re a one stop shop. They take care of all the paperwork for the city approval and ensure that our house was done to code. We would definitely hire them again for future work.

This company is AWSOME. The project was completed on time, on budget and with excellent quality. Sergio, the owner, was very responsive to all requests and questions. This contractor is truly a diamond in the rough!

Real Time Construction is a fantastic general contractor. Sergio is very talented and has a deep understanding of the craft and decades of experience. Jaggi and Sergio are incredibly efficient and they were able to coordinate with the various services and complete our job several days early.

We were introduced to Real Time Construction by our Realtor. We met quite a few contractors everyone gave us a very high quote and an a long time duration for the completion of the projects. Jaggi and Chetan from Real Time Construction gave us really good suggestions and finished the project in a 3.5 weeks with no major hiccups! The pricing of the project was also pocket friendly as we had just bought a house. Its worth working with them, as they gave good ideas, suggestions and did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Our half bath was converted into beautiful full bathroom. With a competitive bid and positive recommendations, we decided to hire Real Time Construction during a pandemic to remodel our bedroom and create a master bathroom from our existing bathroom, closets and hallways. With all the challenges of remodeling an old house, we are very happy with the final results. Sergio, Jaggi and Chetan worked together and answered our calls and emails. If something didn’t look right, they immediately fixed it to our liking. Everyone that entered the house was respectful and masked. We enjoyed working with all the subs and very comfortable with anyone that entered the house. We have two dogs and they installed a temporary wall separating the construction area from the rest of the house. It was appreciated. They completed the project within budget with no up-charges for incidental issues they ran into once the walls were exposed. We recommend having this crew provide a bid for your next remodel.

We worked with Sergio and Jaggi’s team - in July - August 2020. They came prepared and offered a competitive bid. However, it was Sergio’s knowledge about construction and his practical approach which made us confident about hiring them. The core team was their own employees and they hired some sub contractors who were equally good. The team were mindful of cleaning after them and they showed up on time each day. Sergio gave us a 6-7 week timeline and they delivered as planned, which was really important for us because we lived on the premise during the remodeling. Ours is a 100 yr old house so it came with its own challenges, but Sergio’s knowledge and hands on approach came handy and he offered great alternatives approaches. Why we would recommend them - it’s their integrity, honesty, timeliness and quality of work that impressed us. We would hire them again if needed for additional projects.

We worked with Jaggi and his team on a big remodel and addition project. Jaggi is easy to work with, thorough in his communication and great with his workmanship. They helped us problem solve every step of the way and true to their name, finished the project in a timely manner. We highly recommend them.

We worked with Sergio, Jaggi and their team at Real Time Construction for a major home renovation project that began in 2019. We were remodeling all the public spaces in our home (kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, etc.), adding a new office and enlarging our entryway. We were also living in the house through all of this, between our upstairs bedrooms and the garage. The Real Time team was fantastic and flexible. They were incredibly neat and cleaned their workspaces especially well, knowing that there were small children on the property after hours. They completed the bulk of the project within the estimated 4 months, and were slowed down only because of the COVID-19 shutdowns. They coordinated everything with their subcontractors, including helping us place orders through reasonably-priced vendors for the kitchen cabinets, stone and windows. Their painters (subcontractors) and carpenters (their own team) in particular were meticulous. They refinished our existing stairs with new molding and balustrades, added wainscoting to our dining room and custom shelving in our office and dining room. They took their time with the details and finishes, and our home looks amazing. Where things were unexpected or needed to be done differently than anticipated, Real Time’s team informed us quickly and worked with us to find a creative solution that would be within our budget. We are very happy with their work, and look forward to working with them again.
