Dave Jonker, owner of Red Sky projects is sloppy and unprofessional - He did an approx 3 million rand build in 2019, I am still picking up the pieces, major leaks and new damp issues, never mind the costs. He ignored the bill of quantities, cut corners and left unsupervised workers to 'assault' my delicate Victorian house. I cannot list the number of defects due to poor workmanship as there are so many, Red sky projects did not deliver at all. They are what your worst building nightmare is made of , you scrape the bottom of the barrel if you use Dave Jonker Dave Jonker's selected plumbing subcontractor Mark Bassingthwaighte of Bass plumbing - his installation was non compliant on 12 counts ( independent plumber) and had to be redone - Mark Bassingthwaighte does not know what compliance means or has no respect for peoples safety
