Regal Stephens Construction LLC

Regal Stephens is a high end construction company who built our vacation home in Florida. They are very knowledgeable, good listeners and worked with us on changes to make it perfect! The process did take more time than initially projected but that is to be expected in this type of construction.

We chose Regal Stephens after interviewing many custom builders to build our home in the 30A area of Florida. They were great to work with, there were no surprises, and their work and materials were outstanding. Estimate was clear and accurate. The work was first class and anything we wanted changed they did no questions asked. Our construction manager was John Anderson, he was nothing short of outstanding and he truly took pride in his work. The time to build the house was longer than we wanted but weather and local approvals dictated most of this - no short cuts were taken however. There were a few minor items we found after we moved in but they stood behind their work and addressed everything with no questions. My advice is to spend the time up front planning what you want, spend time at the job site, take a lot of pictures at all phases of the build and talk with the builder - they have a lot of experience and good ideas.

I originally signed with Regal Stephens to build my home because of the quality workmanship I had seen in their previous homes I viewed. Now after my selection and my home has been completed, I know that I made the correct decision. Russ, Alan, David and the rest of his team were a pleasure to work with, complete down to the smallest of details. They build a quality home and stayed within our agreed upon timing. I am very much looking forward to moving in this month. They know what it takes to build 1M+ homes!
