First let me start by say that it was a pleasure working with Ryan as my Builder. I closed on my home on 09/28/18. Ryan is a a very awesome person. I was truly grateful to have him as my builder. They are times where people are in profession and they have No clue or any idea of an impact on people life they have. Rayan is first class, I was stressed Times ten and Ryan always assured me that he was a phone call away. He made sure That satisfactory was a priority. I love everything about my new home, my home turned out great. I had an issue Ryan made a call and made it right. I said that to say this, Ryan an literally say that he made a difference in someone day. I was not happy about something and He definitely made a call and let me know that everything was fine and I was taking care of. It was a pleasure to have Ryan. I would 100% Recommend Ryan anytime, any day , any hour and would love to experience again if I had to have Ryan as my builder. Regency Home Builder should really feel honored to have Ryan on their Team.

I would not recommend Regency Builders to anyone. When we did our walk through we were never told it was our final walk through. We stopped in a model home and was just looking just so happen the guy told us we couldn't use our agent we had to use him because he showed us the house. I purchased my home January 2016 I had a chip in my guest bathroom they refused to fix, we had a lead underneath our kitchen sink and has already had to replace the garbage disposal, we now have to replace the sink it has detached from the counter top the sink is not stainless steel it is alumni, spots on the wall has not been painting meaning we already has to get the house painted in spots. Regency Builders are a ripe off and they do not stand behind anything they are not worth dealing with a lesson well learned. I can go on and on it is so many problems with this house interior and exterior,

We bought a "new" home from regency home builders. Everything seemed fine on the new home we were in the process of buying until the walk through and getting the final touch up work done. Contractors from the house being built next door were coming into our new home and plugging up toilets, washing their paint brushes in our brand new sink, like I said this was absolute nightmare. We had to mark the house up 4 times and still the minor paint and sheetrock issues were still never fixed. I went ahead and closed on the house giving them the benefit out of the doubt that they would fix the things we had discussed, exactly as I was told they would. Well here it is a month later to no avail. I was then told it would cost me more to get the issues resolved. And of course after the closing, the phone calls start getting no return call with absolutely no action to ensure a happy customer whatsoever. I regret not doing more research and putting any trust that they would do what they said they were going to do. Please do yourself a favor and use another home builder, I have talked to several other people since all this started and they told me they have heard the same thing. Next time I will be sure to listen before that again. If you do buy a home, make sure it's done how you want before closing as they will not follow through. We are now having to hire our own contractor to come in and fix the issues they left for us.

Regency has shown excellence and quality in all they did building my home. Their standards are usually upgrades with the other builders I met with. The employees from at the site to the office were always helpful and made me feel like a priority, answers and needs were taken care of immediately. If I move they will build my next home too.

My new house was built by Regency. Love their work and will recommend it to my friends and families. They respond promptly to warranty requests.
