My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

RH Carder Construction was founded in 2009 by Randy Carder and his wife Jeni. Randy has been in the construction business for nearly 40 years and has been specializing in high end custom homes for over 25 years. The foundation of RH Carder Construction is built on honesty and reliability. Our goal is to provide top quality service to our customers. We have used RH Carder Construction for three renos, wide ranging in scope, in the past 9 years and have always been thrilled with the results. From design help, to subs that provide quality craftsmanship, to attention to detail, these folks have been professional, forthright, and easy to work with throughout the entire process every time. We recommend them to our friends and neighbors and our next renovation, no doubt we'll use RH Carder again.
