Riata Builders

We hired Riata Builders for a remodel job and were extremely pleased. We changed the front elevation and combined some rooms on the inside. They had great ideas and great sub-contractors to work with, When we build a house in the future we will definitely use them.

My husband and I are in full-time real estate. We interviewed five builders and chose Riata Builders for the complete remodel and update of our personal home. The scope included remodeling the kitchen, three full-baths, all new flooring, as well as adding a large family room and front porch. We especially appreciated their eye for design. We were very pleased with the outcome. Highly Recommended!

My husband and I have built many homes over the past 40 years of marriage but none were as well built as the one Riata Builders built for us. The home was a challenge since the building site sat atop a rocky v vh. V. M. V j. By 10 acre hill. Our friends referred to it as goat mountain! Jed and Carla Adams of Riata were wonderful. They listened to all our wishes and wants and made them come true. Jed is a true perfectionist in his craft. He also has vision and came up with many great ideas and solutions to bring the project to fruition. Many times Jed and his team improvised and built fireplaces, shelving and cabinets on site to insure a perfect fit. Carla was great to work with on the design side. She has great contacts in the design world and spent many hours with me to be sure we found exactly what I wanted. We couldn't be happier with our home and would recommend and use Riata Builders again. We not only found the best builder in the Austin area we found great new friends.

Working with Jed and Riata Builders was wonderful. Never having built a custom home before, it could easily have been a painful process for us. Instead, Jed and his team walked us through our new construction and made it enjoyable. They were patient, helpful and professional throughout the construction as well as after the project was completed. They stayed within budget, worked with a tight schedule and stayed in constant contact with us. We will be building another home on this property in about three years and we will absolutely be working with Jed again. The quality of his work is exceptional and his team is professional. I recommend using Riata Builders without hesitation.

We hired Riata to completely remodel our lake house on Lake Travis. Jed, his employees and sub contractors were wonderful. Jed is highly skilled and conscientious. He saved us a lot of money over other contractors we have used in the past, and we have not had any warranty or quality problems with any of the work he and his team performed. I will continue to recommend Riata to anyone that is building a new home or remodeling their existing one.

My husband and I spent over a year vetting builders-interviews, in person meetings, numerous calls, references, reviews, financials, checking buidler licenses. Name it and we checked it. We did this while living in another time zone which at times proved to be a challenge. Except with Riata. Jed (Builder) and his wife Carla (interior decorator) have made so many exciting changes to our floor plan design and are just as budget conscience as we are, as if it were their own home. How often does a builder recommend improvements to the floor plans, the quality, design, and at lower cost to build? It doesn't happen, not without costing you big for each change. He does not miss a detail. Our home is nowhere near their biggest project (probably in the small-medium range) but they treat us as if it's the most important house they're building. They are amazing to work with. Patient, ethical, creative, honest, and just good, fun people. My husband and I are having a great time working with them on building our dream home. Yes, non-stressful and fun. Just to be clear, the house is not completed. Plumbing was just installed and foundation is next, however, the entire process to date has been amazing. It looks like the lot next to us will also we be working with them. I'll keep you posted.
