Rick Roy Construction is a full-service design/build company specializing in residential and commercial construction. For every new home, commercial facility or renovation, from design through to the last finish detail, Rick Roy Construction’s professional and experienced staff will take every measure to ensure your satisfaction. The company was established as a home business on Cape Cod in 1995 by Richard J. Roy. Through his knowledge of the industry, ability to select and retain the best staff, and referrals from loyal customers, the company quickly outgrew Rick’s basement. In 2003 the company started construction of a commercial complex comprised of two new 9,800 square foot buildings on Queen Anne Rd in Harwich. Rick Roy Construction moved into a portion of one of the buildings in the fall of 2004. In 2009, Rick Roy Painting, LLC was established and the companies took over a larger portion of the facility, adding a custom cabinet shop and spray booth to the expanded offices and warehouse. The companies continue to grow and now employ approximately twenty-five full-time staff members in addition to a wide range of trusted and proven subcontractors to meet your specific needs.
