My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have worked along side PCM Inc, for the past 15 yrs. as a free lance design consultant hired by the home owners. We have worked on about ten projects together. I have enjoyed immensely the opportunity to work together and complete high end home construction designs and finished. PCM builds exquisite custom homes, quiet, solid and timeless. This is Craig Kitterman. I have been in practice in Salt Lake City since 1981. I am a licensed architect in the State of Utah and a licensed residential designer in the State of Nevada. I have worked with Richard Hunt of PCM over many years, and on a variety of residential projects. These projects range from new luxury homes down to remodels of existing homes. I have always found him to be an honest, capable builder. He exceeds the performance of many other builders I have worked with. My clients all agree. I have no reservations in recommending him as a builder of fine homes. If I could have any contractor build all of my projects, I would be delighted to have that be Richard Hunt.

Commented: Where is the wall table from?Yes it was, all of the light fixtures were custom made by Hammerton. On their website they have featured this home showing some of the other fixtures.
