I've used John and the team at Rise over the years for big and small projects at home and my business, and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've found them honest, transparent (John will always try and save you money!) and they will talk you through the process with invaluable input, help you navigate the inevitable hiccups ups, but there are no short cuts. The end result has always been quality workmanship. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I used Rise Construction for some very tricky remedial work to my roof structure and they were absolutely brilliant. Great job, done on time, all staff were super friendly and cleaned up very well. Also very cost effective.

After purchasing our first home we were looking to renovate a few rooms before moving in. Jon and the team at Rise were phenomenal. From a complete bathroom renovation including moving an interior wall. Fitting new flooring, sorting the gutters and digging up the front patio, the teams attention to detail is spot on. A really lovely team that I'd recommend to anyone.

Rise keep you very well informed about who is turning up on any day and what the program was for the week. Which is something I was very pleased about. The work was carried out to a high standard and the staff were always polite. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jon and team are all incredibly knowledgeable, organised, and hardworking. I’m really pleased with the high-quality bathroom remodel they delivered, as well as a number of other jobs completed alongside. I cannot fault anything about Rise Construction. The project was smooth from start to finish. Helpful, professional, respectful, and genuinely lovely, good people. Attended each said date on time. Protected all carpets and vacuumed at the end of each working day. And the finished bathroom is incredibly well done. I am a very satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend.

Jon Sainsbury and his team have now done a complete range of jobs on our house in Cardiff over the past 10 years. They include roofing, fascias & soffits, a light tunnel, a complete kitchen reconstruction and fit out, fitting out the garage, drain repairs, and most recently new a wall cabinet and TV unit. He's always helpful, prompt, straight, really good at coming up with solutions, let's you know what's happening, and he employs reliable people who are good at their jobs. It's been a pleasure to work with him and his team.

Have has a varying amount of work carried out by Jon and his team at our property over the previous months. The work has always been carried out to a vary high standard, and all dealings have been carried out to very high professional standard.

John and the Rise team were fantastic from start to finish on delivering our single storey extension. Having spent lots of time getting dead end quotes from other contractors, we got in touch with John through a friend's recommendation. The quote was reasonable and covered a lot. We were prepared to wait circa 6 months for the team to start but were really pleased to have our start date moved forward by a few months so in reality they got going within a couple of months of quoting. (The job was carried out between the end of May - mid September 2022). We remained living in the property throughout - although living with builders can be stressful we found the Rise team and the various sub contractors friendly, polite and always working with care as they moved through the property! From a project management perspective communication was clear and consistent, with regular updates on progress and timelines and what to expect each week. The quality of the workmanship and the final job is to a high standard including the fitting of the kitchen which they undertook rather the supplier. As with any job like this there were some minor snags at the end - John and the team were very quick to respond and come round to sort out these final tweaks. We've been living with the extension for a year now and it's changed our lives - we couldn't be happier with the results. Big thank you to John and the whole Rise team.

What a great team RISE Construction have! This was the second major renovation we have undertaken with them, and they worked through designs, planning, permissions and building regs to our projects in Cardiff; great work all the way delivering a very high-quality finish; I would say superb honest. Throughout we felt that we were dealing with a knowledgeable company with an experienced team who we could sit down with and talk any issues through and get responsive with collaborative ideas whenever needed. We will be recommending Rise Construction to all our friends and family.
