Matt Bryant built a beautiful home for us. Quality, integrity, attention to detail, patience and trust, are all words that describe him. If we ever build or remodel again, we would only do so with Matt. He is truly the best builder in Southern Oregon!

This company, under the great leadership of Matt Bryant, holds the fabulous reputation above all the others for good reason. Our newly purchased 30 yo home was superbly renovated by Riverdell last year. Matt was present 95% of that time overseeing everything. The sub-contractors he employs were all vastly skilled & very professional. The project was completed within budget & each phase was orchestrated in a timely way & a sensible progression. The clarity of their communications & the level of keeping us informed is their peerless operating style. I can attest that Riverdell is an honest company with high standards in construction & fair in business practices. Once they caught a small error in overpayment we made & immediately notified us (who does that). The whole experience just blew us away because it was what renovation should be, but never is for an owner: exciting, full of creativity & awe. They even made it fun & kept our spirits up as we had to relocate our living quarters throughout the phases. They are the “golden team.” If you are lucky enough to get on them, run with it.

If you are looking for a excellent contractor to build your custom dream home, Matt is the right choice. Not only is he a perfectionist but he hires the best subcontractors. Our house was finished on time and any issues (they were small) we're handled immediately. We love our home and Matt! In fact he is doing some additional yard/cement work for us right now.

We were first Introduced to Matt Bryant and the RIverdell team in early 2016, My husband and I had purchased a house and property that could not be remodeled, so it was a tear down and rebuild. We were novices to home building, remodeling and construction in general. We had interviewed many contractors in our area and we were instantly comfortable with Riverdell and their ability, knowledge and understanding of what we needed and wanted from a home project. Riverdell completed the home project in 2017 and since then we have had them come back for a large shop project that was completed in 2019 and they are currently working on a large pool and landscaping project that will be completed in summer of 2020. They have also been able to quell anxieties that we have had for being in the first time home building process. Riverdell is steeped in values, trustworthiness and honesty. Matt Bryant came to us highly recommended, and deservedly so. He was instrumental in both designing and building the home we imagined. We hired Riverdell at the end of 2009 to remodel our kitchen, dining room and wet bar. Matt was upfront with us about options, costs and timeframes. The project started on the day he promised and we have someone working on the project almost everyday. Part way through the project, we decided to add replacement of all of our windows. He took on the additional task with no problems. Throughout the project, Matt communicated very well with us about obstacles and change orders. We felt very much part of the process. At the end of the project, we had a beautiful kitchen, dining room, wet bar and wood floors. Today, the kitchen still looks brand new and we still love it. I strongly recommend Matt and Riverdell for any new or remodel project.

We hired Matt Bryant/Riverdell Construction in 2003 to build our home. He was professional, highly organized, knowledgeable, and has a great eye for design. Our home was completed on time and on budget. We would certainly used Riverdell Construction for future projects.

Matt Bryant was the general contractor on our riverside house in Medford, Oregon, and the subsequent building that went up, as a result of the delight we had on finishing the first. We are well travelled, spoilt people with high standards (some may even say demanding!). Matt was able to take care of anything we threw at him, he had very professional subcontractors, and they and he checked that work was completed to their high standards before we ever inspected anything. The result of this attention to detail was that there was no discord, and when the occasional thing happened that we did not care for, he took care of it immediately. It appeared to my husband and I that he wanted us to have the house that we had dreamed of, no matter what. I would unconditionally recommend him for any project, having seen (and been entertained in) a number of the widely different houses he has built, and by the way, he is still on extremely friendly terms with all the clients of his that I have met.

We have hired Riverdell for numerous projects and have been thrilled with every single job. The company built our main house of 3800 sq. feet. Then they built an entire outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and BBQ. Then we hired them to do an expansion on the main house with a gym and a wine cellar. We followed that up with the building out of an attic to create a kids' play area. Finally, they helped us construct a pond. Every time the job was done well and completed on time, if not earlier. When we were quoted a price, it never fluctuated. They were professional, organized, mindful of budgets as well as taste and the job site was always clean and tidy. We have recommended this company to numerous friends, many of whom have used them with similar positive experiences. We give this company the highest recommendation.
