Roman construction

Roman construction left nails from the framing on our adjacent property. One of the owners promised to take care of cleaning it up and promised if we had any tire damage he would take responsibility. Nobody ever cleaned up the driveway and unfortunately l did have damage to a tire from a framing nail which and went into the sidewall of my tire. I contacted Roman Construction and now they have amnesia and refuse to take responsibility for the damage. Shame on you!

Thanks to Roman Construction for building us an unbelievable home. We purchased a home a week before Hurricane Sandy destroyed it. Afterwards we visited a number of builders and walked through a number of homes. We saw a lot of shotty workmanship and places where the builders cut corners. All along that time we kept hearing people tell us about Roman Brothers. We heard nothing but good things about these guys. Not only did we hear it from regular folks we heard it from other tradesman, even the building department had nothing but good things to say about them. I never heard a bad thing about them from anyone. I can tell you from experience it is all true. We were under a tight schedule to build our home and even before we had the contract signed Matt Roman went to the building department and actually pushed through permits to get the foundation started. They also built the home in less than 6 months. My neighbors had a pre-fab home they started in October of last year and they are still working on it. I can tell you there are very few builders out there that build a quality home and even less that will build one at an affordable price. Not only does the the finish work look great but the underlying structure of the home is solid. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home is incredible. We learned to rely on your advice in making decisions along the process and appreciated it. I have heard horror stories of other builders that refused to make corrections or were difficult to deal with. We had the complete opposite experience with Roman Brothers, there were very easy to work with and were on top of any feedback we gave them along the build. They are driven to build a great home and make customers happy. They are just good guys that know how to treat people fairly! We have been in our new home for a few months now and Matt still responds to any questions we have. The home was built to Energy Star standards and we recently received our Energy Star rating from an independent agency, and it had a HERS index of 56 – which means that our home is 44% more energy efficient than a standard (code) home. Needless to say we were very happy. The Roman Brothers are by far the best builders out there and we are extremely thankful that we had them build our home! Like many others we would, without any hesitation recommend Roman Brothers to anyone looking to build a home.
