The team at Ryan Miller Builders was great to work with in building our new home. From planning and budgeting to material selection and ordering and working through design changes during construction, Ryan and the team listened to our wants, needs and ideas and made them happen. They were open to and encouraged our questions and input throughout the project. We were impressed with the team's attention to the details we didn't think about during construction and through the finishing touches. The end result was a custom home that was everything we envisioned. We highly recommend them.

Ryan and his team were amazing to work with. They were well organized, attentive to detail, and incredibly easy to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our home. They assisted in the choosing of materials, giving plenty of lead time to ensure there were no delays in the process. They communicated with us throughout the process to be sure that we knew what to expect and to make sure that we were consistently on the same page. This is the first custom home that we have had built, and I would do the process all over again with Ryan. We were incredibly pleased with the process and outcome!

Ryan Miller Builders was fantastic to work with. Ryan was involved from the beginning. He met with our architect with us, providing helpful suggestions, to help us design the perfect home. It only got better from there. Ryan and his wife Hailey went with us to pick out all of our fixtures and finishes. Sometimes returning the same vendor multiple times to make sure that everything we picked was perfect. During construction, Ryan communicated often and effectively, so we always knew what was happening and why. He and his team operate with the highest degree of integrity, and are obsessed with building your dream home the right way. I am sure that I am leaving out some of the things that make Ryan and team a pleasure to work with, but I really cannot recommend them highly enough. They turned our dream into a reality, and we have a beautiful home because of it.

Ryan Miller Builders built our custom home and we love it. The staff was always responsive, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The home was being built while we were two states away but we had no concerns with that as we knew we were in good hands with Ryan. The staff was super helpful in the decision making process, helping us with decisions and keeping the budget in mind. Our new house is beautiful! Ryan Miller is extremely professional and has a heart for what his clients envision. He builds custom homes and listens to your ideas. He does not push his own design or agenda. He carefully crafts a solidly built home with the beautiful design that you desire. His knowledge if the industry is extensive and his homes are outstanding. Our new home is well designed and constructed. Ryan has a calm yet organized personality. He is one of the easiest people to work with and his ability to work with our amazing designer Amy Emery and our bank, Southern First made this build of our new home an easy process. Ryan is great to "think out of the box" should you need to make any changes too. Ryan builds a small number of homes at one time so that each home is given his full attention. Our home was built in the short time frame that he promised without any problems, he kept it in budget and our move in date was right on time. I can not say enough about what a great job Ryan has done and I am available for a reference at any time. Thank you for making our home perfect!

We were out of town when a snow and ice storm took out 9 large trees in our yard causing a power outage in the neighborhood. Our neighbors contacted us to let us know of the extensive damage. We called Ryan and he went over immediately and contacted us to discuss his findings, describing the damage to our fence, house and the downed power lines. Ryan had an estimate to remove the trees and repair the fence and home repair within hours. We gave RMB the go ahead, trusting he would get things done. To our surprise, when we arrived home just 1 1/2 days later all the trees and debris were gone. There is no access to our backyard so everything had to be cut and removed by hand. A stressful situation was made so much better during the Christmas Season by Ryan’s personal attention and response. We can’t thank Ryan Miller enough for his help.

My husband and I hired Ryan Miller Builders to finish out an attic space to add additional square footage as well as much needed storage to our home. Not only were they professional, but they were able to finish this project in a timely manner, no hidden costs and managed to keep the remainder of our house clean! We highly recommend Ryan Miller Builders for new construction or remodeling needs. They will get the job done and you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I knew that building our dream home might be the most significant financial decision we ever make, and choosing the builder for that home would be one of, if not the most important part. Out of the thousands of decisions we had to make during the process, I can honestly say that choosing to work with Ryan Miller Builders was the best one. When our family moved back to Greenville from Chicago, we bought a home that Ryan had built for another client and lived there for 3 years, so I knew the quality was there. It wasn’t until we decided to work with him, however, that I truly understood why friends who had used him were so enthusiastic about their experience. Ryan, Kenny and the rest of the team continually worked to exceed our expectations. Ryan is very honest, level headed (even when I may not have been), and very transparent with the process making him easy to work with and to trust.
