Santini Remodeling

I recently hired Santini Remodeling for 2 bathroom upgrades, the addition of hardwood floors, and some other add-on projects. The team did a great job - high quality work and strong attention to detail. One distinct advantage that Santini offers over other contractors is that for most of the work (non-plumbing and electrical), the individuals doing the work are not being subcontracted - they are Santini employees. So effectively, the Santini team is on site every day, and the owner stops by frequently to discuss details that come up along the way. This is a very different experience from a GC who subcontracts every aspect of the job. Also, the owner checks in frequently to answer questions and make sure everything is going to plan. Changes and add-ons are also not an issue, and the owner is very reasonable about the cost. It was a real pleasure working with Santini Remodeling, and I highly recommend them for your next project.

We completely gutted a 100 year old farmhouse and Chris, Brandon, Carlos and the rest of the crew brought our dreams to life. This happened during Covid and we could not have asked for a more responsive, adaptable crew in dealing with supply delays etc. incredible that the whole house was completed in 7 months - all new windows, plumbing, radiant heat on main floor, hvac for upstairs heat snd AC, spray foam insulation. They removed the old chimney all the way to the basement, installed a new ridge beam and plywood sheathing on roof, new roof, metal roofing on porches. Installed a beam between dining room and kitchen in order to remove a wall. New kitchen, 3 new bathrooms. Three story addition on back of house. Rebuilt front porch, replaced all trim in house and fabricated to resemble the style original to the house… and much more. Wonderful crew, great attention to detail and were very helpful in navigating us through a lot of tough decisions.

We worked with Chris 10 years ago when we did our whole house renovation just before we first moved in.. Everything was 60’s original and in desperate need of updates. He did our kitchen, primary suite, all bathrooms, all bedrooms, family room, windows, siding and roof.. basically everything. And when it was time to do an addition for our home, we called him again without hesitation. We added from the ground up.. crawl space to extended eat-in-kitchen going out to our new deck, to new en-suite bath in one of the bedrooms. Chris is a consummate professional! We are so happy with the results, and happy to refer him to everyone we know! Even our neighbors were amazed at the quality and how quickly everything was done, in the midst of all the rain storms and the holiday season!!

Very poor in quality, service, use of materials, professionalism. Genrally, I regret using this contractor. Not to mention, cost was NOT cheap at all.

Chris Santini provides excellent work. He and his son, in addition to their staff, are prompt, good-natured and courteous , plus they work hard! I would have Chris do anything related to remodeling and construction at our house. His prices are fair, and he is always upfront about any changes or additional charges. This spring, he replaced my roof, and in the last couple of years, I have had windows and doors replaced by him. These windows and doors had been installed by another contractor and were inferior.
