Schafer Development built our home 22 years ago, last year my wife wanted to update our home with all new painted trim wood work, a new wrought iron stair case and we wanted a new back sliding door as well. From start to finish my wife and I knew what the time tables were and those time tables were always kept. Steve an Joe set up the first appointments to check out trim styles and which metal spindles would look best in our new staircase. From demo day to completion we could not be happier with how the work was done to the quality and politeness of the work crews. Our next home project will be a up graded matter bath and shower project, and I guarantee Schafer Development will be doing the job!
