Our brand new Schmidt home started literally falling apart two years after purchase, now 22 years later every mechanical aspect has had to be replaced and the drywall joints are all cracking, driveway sunk, foundation cracked, chimney bricks falling off all over, absolutely would never recommend Schmidt builders.
