Commented: Love these wood floors! Where are they from?!?I do not have the manufacture information however, they are french white oak 7" engineered planks.

Commented: on your hardie boards, what color grey is that?It is actually black stained cedar siding. This leaves the wood with a great finish.

Commented: Love the floor color! What stain/finish did you use?This was an oak that was purchased from Prosource flooring in Austin a few years ago. I am unsure as to if it is still available though.....we loved it a lot as well!

Commented: Longevity of ColorIt depends on the exposure to the sun and the area that you may be in. In most cases, reapplication would need to be with-in the first year and again as needed for a few years to come.
