Tal Kedmy of Sharp Builders serves as the one point-person dedicated to every project under his watch, whatever its size, from concept to completion. And, should the need arise, Tal can create clean, contemporary, yet out-of-the-ordinary designs. Tal has a dozen employees on payroll, from framers to painters. This gives Tal maximum control over the quality and timing of each project. Tal notes: “Our workers are hardworking and very responsible. They retrofitted the Eco Station, a wildlife shelter in Culver City, and converted its large warehouse into a new school—all with eco-friendly practices and materials. He explains, “I don’t want the client to have any surprises with the budget.” We visited a home on which Tal was putting the finishing touches.
