Shirmar built our dream home in every way! Shirmar's team is extremely professional and courteous. They always left their work areas tidy. They also spoke to our neighbors and apologized for any noise or inconvenience. Shirmar is amazing! Even though this is the first time we have ever built, and it was a bit scary at the onset, the experience has exceeded our expectations. I am overjoyed in all aspects. I had the privilege of working with Shirmar Construction as an Interior Designer on a new build project this past year. I found everyone I worked with to be very professional and easy to work with. Our project was a family room and covered patio addition, as well as a new drive way for our home. We have been working with the same GC for over a decade. He recommended Shirmar Construction for the concrete pad for the new room and covered area, as well as for the driveway. The project included excavation, dirt removal, forming material, insulation, drainage, back-fill, and grading in addition to the concrete pouring and stamping. The project started and was completed on time and on budget (plus/minus a few extras we requested). From start to finish the Shirmar team was very knowledgeable and professional. They paid close attention to detail and made recommendations where appropriate. The final product met our exact needs/requests and looks amazing. They made themselves available for any questions or concerns. Overall we are very satisfied from the service and final product we received from Shirmar. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Randy, Jonas, and Ian are so knowledgeable and personable. They are friendly and easy to work with. Real mensches, all three of them! They built our house this year, and it is wonderful. Although I did a ton of research beforehand and thought I'd made all the necessary decisions, their guidance and advice has been invaluable. Shirmar's crew and subcontractors are great. These guys are clean, polite, and highly skilled. If I ever had to build a house again, I wouldn't want to do it with any other builder!
