Tom Guerin (S7D Builder and Managing Member) along with Brian Guerin and Dale Cobb work with each respective client to simplify the construction process by guiding them through each step of the way from concept to move in. Due to the "custom home building process", S7D Team members seek to create a collaborative environment that welcomes an "open door philosophy". As part of an ongoing communication effort, S7D suggests that clients sit down with their respective project manager to conduct five (5) separate detailed financial reviews during the construction process. This helps keep the client abreast of any expenses to date, while reviewing any path forward questions and/or activities.
