My husband and I recently moved to Harbourtown by Erie Beach the beginning of October 2025. The moment we decided to sell our house and move we started to looked around and Silvergate Homes immediately stood out. The designs, choices of flooring and lighting are above other areas we had looked. With 9 foot ceilings throughout the entire first floor we were taken in. You see the attention to detail everywhere you look. The layout of our place is perfect for large gatherings yet feels cozy when its just the two of us. We could not be happier here and look forward to the beach and friendship trail in the summer. Being so accessable to the highway and to the new hospital opening spring of 2028 is perfect for me as a nurse and is quick down the highway from our place which is great for me and with all that Fort Erie has to offer it is situated perfectly. The sales staff are so knowledgeable and walk you through each layout and are more then happy to answer any questions you may have. They offer quick closings which we needed and we would recommend to our friends and family or anyone looking for a new quality built home to check out Silvergate Homes. We are certain you will fall in love with one of their many models.

Altho I like where I am living and enjoy my home, Silvergate Homes takes little to no accountability for their mistakes. There have been many times I’ve had to remind, point out, begged and pleaded with them to redo, or fix a problem on my brand new house. There have been many times over the years I’ve been stood up with no phone call after a scheduled appt. I have been directly lied to, and gaslighted. It is unfortunate that the one or two amazing workers they have overseeing the construction is overshadowed by poor workmanship and uncaring individuals and company.

As a designer I've staged a few of their homes and love working with this team. They always put their trust in my design and the style of their homes makes it easy to stage and design - luxury homes amd amazing quality!
