We have owned multiple homes over the years and consider our Simonini home to be among the best. The property is well built with all the extras you would expect in an upscale home. All the staff we have worked with have been professional, courteous and very easy to work with. A great organization.

Their sales staff is very accommodating in trying to meet the clients objectives and within there budget. We did a large renovation of a townhome in Charlotte. Simonini Homes did a fantastic job, from beginning concept planning to end! They had very high standards for their sub-contractors, which we very much appreciated. Things got re-done if they weren't up to Simonini's standards. Our project manager, Mike, was amazing with us and all the subs. We are grateful for Simonini. They've stood behind us every step of the way. We've done other building projects in Charlotte, using other contractors, but now we wouldn't work with anyone else besides Simonini.
