We were extremely satisfied. They were prompt in inspecting our problem, presenting solutions and estimates as well as starting and completing the project. The quality of work was outstanding. They were friendly, polite and kept the project site organized and neat.

The Simple Integrity team did an extensive 3-month renovation of our 1910 Dutch colonial house including complete renovation of the master and guest bedrooms, creation of an en suite master bathroom, removal of wall paper, restoration of moldings and plaster walls in hallways and rooms, installation of new lighting, repositioning of heating ducts, tiling of floors and walls, and reconstruction of the kitchen including installation of a new cooking island and all new appliances. Their initial estimate was ACCURATE as was the time line for completion. The team was able to do all aspects of the work so it was not necessary to bring in other contractors. The quality of their work was utterly sensational. The results are beautiful. The pride that their team took in their work and the attention to perfection were impressive. They were all highly skilled artisans. We lived in the house during the entire project, but the inconvenience was completely manageable because of their attentiveness to dust control, their neatness, and the constant attention to keeping clutter and dirt to a minimum in spite of the seriously dusty nature of the work. They are a wonderful team! We looked forward to their arrival each day. Our 100+ year old house is now stunning because of their artistry.

New maple wood flooring, bathroom, office, and laundry space. I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of everyone involved. Josh helped transform my spaces into everything I dreamed and more. I was very impressed with his human resource management, project management, and his work ethics to get his own hands dirty right along side his crew almost everyday, all day. I really wish we could have brought him along on our move to PA. I will greatly miss being able to work with them on projects.

Simple Integrity performed a major renovation of the kitchen in our 1826 house, ranging from rebuilding our foundation to building our cabinetry. They are knowledgable about structural issues and guided us as we tried to maintain the historic detail that was so important to us. The best thing is that they never disappeared, following through on every last detail. They are very responsive and had everything running on schedule.

Simple Integrity replaced a sliding door, mounted a barn beam as a mantle, fixed some problems with various closet doors and some air seals around a couple outside doors. The guys showed up promptly in the morning and left the work site clean at the end of each day. The job was completed in a very timely manner, spilling over into a third day only because they took extra care to match the exterior paint for the trim around the sliding door and the wood stain of the interior woodwork. All the work was first rate, the beam in particular looks fabulous. Exactly what we wanted.

I hired this company to build and mount beams on my dining room ceiling, as I had already been quite impressed with their work on my custom made dining room table over a year prior. I had a specific style in mind and made rough sketches. The ceiling also needed to be repaired. Jon made two short visits to the house to hash out the details (size, style, wood type, staining and finish) of the beam layout and construction. He struck a perfect balance between respecting my own vision and making suggestions/offering considerations about each detail based on cost and style. His team arrived only a day later than originally planned. They allowed me to do the parts of the job that I could, like taking down drywall and re-painting. They worked their schedules around my father who was doing the electrical re-wiring. This really reduced my final bill. They contracted another specialist to do help with the new drywall. The beams went up a within a week of starting the project. The craftsmanship is impeccable, from the beams' adzed texture and stain, to their perfect fit and small peg details. I doubt I could find a better combination of affordable high quality craftsmanship/expertise, friendliness, professionalism, timeliness, and value. I will continue to call on them for future projects.

These guys doing amazing work with old fashioned integrity at its finest. They are aptly named, however, there is nothing "Simple" about the work they did for a phase one restoration of our old barn. They are also well-priced, fast and clean! Cannot say enough about this wonderful crew! Maureen Sullivan
