Arsh and co. from Skyhigh Construction just helped me finish my dream home in Richmond — from his assembling a team, design input, engineering, budgeting and permitting, and then putting shovels in the ground to delivery, it took approximately 10 months. During the entire process I found him and his team to be extremely efficient, for example, taking the initiative and being proactive in every step of construction. If something was promised, you can rest assured it will be delivered. I firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and while our project was by no means inexpensive, the value that Arsh delivered went beyond the price we paid. What was also important was that we were kept in the loop the entire time. Even without too much personal knowledge about developing, I felt I knew exactly what was being done. If I made a request that wasn't in the best interest of the finished project, Arsh would point it out and provide another innovative solution based on his expertise in the industry and family building business background. He would always say, "Nothing is impossible!" Finally, after completion I appreciated the fact that he remained available to follow-up with any small issues that inevitably come up after a home is built. Honesty goes a long way. It goes without saying the development process can be a stressful one, but I can truly say Skyhigh Constructions made it as smooth, painless and worry-free as possible for me and my family. I had an excellent experience working with Arsh to build our dream home! First of all, Arsh and his team worked efficiently to build the house in exactly the time frame he told me. The plan was to tear down my childhood home and build a new house for me, my mom, and my son. I wanted an open area layout and suite for my mom on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. He gave us that and so much more! My mom's suite is perfect for her and has a separate kitchen and sitting area with a TV. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms has interesting details and the downstairs area functions as an open space for parties but still has 3 distinct sections with a beautiful TV wall, display shelves, and fireplace. With Arsh, you get a builder and designer in one. Everyone I talked to during the building process was surprised at how calm I was, saying that most people are stressed out when they build a house. Arsh made the whole process very easy for me, making recommendations and helping me choose everything. He is very aware of what is in style and he has a great eye for design. Everyone who has come to visit is impressed with all the details and design elements. Arsh was also very good with following up after we moved in, making sure everything was working ok.
