My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Spindletop Builders built our home for us in 2008. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner, and we were very pleased with the final product. We were able to work closely with the builder, having all questions and concerns answered to our satisfaction.

I contacted Spindletop builders after getting two bids that where disappointing . Layne listened to what I wanted and got a detailed bid together for me. The rest is history. The build went really smooth and I couldn't be happier.

Selection of a home builder for our new house was very important as we felt this would be the last house we would consider building. The selection of Spindletop Builders proved to an excellent choice as we felt we encountered many roadblocks caused by Texas weather, communicating with our builder while living in another town, considering the numerous changes that we requested, and the professional manner of our builder, Layne Wilson. We presented this home builder with many challenges that he and his crews found solutions to meet our vision of settling in near our children and grandchildren.
