Since 2007, SR Construction, LLC has been building custom homes in Pasco, Hernando and the surrounding counties. With over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry, sole owner and operator Steve Roenicke began building custom homes in 1988 for a local builder. In 1993 Steve became a partner in a local construction company and in 2007 he formed SR Construction, LLC to focus his efforts again on building quality custom homes. Steve realized the need for a "hands-on" builder who is physically present on all projects under contract and for this reason he created SR Construction, LLC. With a statewide building license, SR Construction, LLC has built over forty custom homes in Pasco, Hernando and the surrounding counties, and Steve has the experience to handle all scenarios. From remodels, additions and repairs of all types, SR Construction, LLC always stands behind the quality of their work. Keeping the high quality expectations, SR Construction, LLC has built the correct relationships with reputable local subcontractors that also stand behind the quality of their work. Whether it be the creation of a residential or commercial construction project, SR Construction, LLC is the team to handle the job! SR Construction, LLC is based out of Dade City, Florida where Steve resides with his wife and three daughters.
