Really awful contractor... He is a scam artist and will take advantage of you at any cost. He never showed up when he said he would, his men are incompetent, they did more harm to my condo than good, and he now refuses to return my deposit after I fired him (and after he's acknowledged he owes me the money). If you have any common sense, do whatever you can to avoid working with Shar, Studio H Construction, Next Generation Construction, or any of his sham businesses. There are PLENTY of other contractors out there who are decent and hard working, Shar is not one of them.

The contractor Shar didn't complete the flooring job on time and left part of it unfinished. After the rest of the job was finally completed correctly a month later, he stole over $300 worth of extra flooring material. He admitted he owes me money for what he took, but has gone MIA.
