Sullivan Custom Homes

We used Kelly and Sullivan Custom Homes to build our "forever" home in South Gulf Cove. They were absolutely fantastic! Dennis Sullivan was on site every day (I know because my neighbor has commented on it numerous times). Both Kelly and Dennis were a joy to work with. Unlike local builders who are building tens of homes a year, Sullivan is smaller and, therefore, much more accommodating. SCH builds a high quality home, delivered on time without any hassles. I'd recommend them, and have, to anyone looking to build in the Port Charlotte area. In fact, we had such a positive experience, my sister from Cape Cod is going to use them!
