Wayne remodelled the exterior of our 1911 house over ten years ago now. There was serious water damage to the exterior woodwork. He replaced the woodwork, repaired the leaks, repainted the house and added custom finials all around. I still regularly look at the house and think how good it looks.

He builds a fabulous home, but we backed out because of the hidden costs like money up front, $3,750, to hold the lot and pay for his license and because he and his realtor did not disclose that we had to provide the interim financing which adds about $10,000 in interest until we were about to sign the contract. We asked for our money back, but Wayne refused our request. I don't recommend unless you know what you are getting into. We also could not meet with his architects for the first month of designing our home. We were deeply disappointed.
