We are a military family that wanted to retire in CO. We had dreamed about our "forever" home for so long, we wanted to make sure we had the perfect custom builder. We actually heard about Steve and Tiffany through a contractor friend in Atlanta, GA. From the very first meeting with them, we knew we wanted them to build our home. They were very organized, easy to talk to, and willing to take on our dream of building a farmhouse style home. They were so good at knowing exactly what we wanted and putting it all together. They allowed us to be a part of all the decision making and communicated with us every step of the way. Steve and Tiffany are more than builders, they are friends and have become like family. Our house turned out better than we could have imagined and we are loving everyday in our new home!

Steve and Tiffany built our new custom home in 2014. Construction was halted for 2 weeks when the home under construction was hit by one of the worst wildfires in Colorado history. Not only did Steve & Tiffany get the damage repaired, they completed the home ON TIME. The quality of our home is fantastic, and 4 years later, we couldn't be happier with the result. Our home is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We would highly recommend Tiffany Homes to anyone who wants a quality custom home.

Tiffany Homes rebuilt our home after the Waldo Canyon Fire. Steve, Tiffany and their crew were very professional with a high degree of attention to detail. Our home building experience was fantastic and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality custom home.

Tiffany Homes has our very highest recommendation. We had never planned to build a home, but when ours was destroyed in a catastrophic wildfire, we suddenly had no choice. Tiffany Homes had come highly recommended, and from our very first meeting with them we could understand why. Tiffany and Steve were professional, down-to-earth, and completely transparent about costs. They worked within our budget and hit the perfect balance between letting us design what we wanted but stopping us if/when we were on the verge of making a mistake. We saw some of the other homes they had built -- which were much more upscale than ours -- but they never made us feel like second-tier clients. Rather, we benefited from their years of experience, their connections, and their stellar reputation with the trades. Ultimately, they completed our home on time (early, actually!) and under budget. Tiffany and Steve are both perfectionists, insisting on correcting tiny flaws that we never even would have noticed, much less complained about. What's more, they are genuinely fun to be around. We had heard that building a house was a stressful experience, but with Tiffany Homes it was anything but. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Purchased a Tiffany home after walking through it at the parade of homes. Great fit and finish. Tiffany kept the style of the more contemporary home consistent throughout, which is nice. I've seen other homes that just don't follow any style theme. Also, there is always some follow up to make a few tweaks and corrections with a new home. Steve did a great job in this area. Would definitely purchase another home from them.

Tiffany and Steve were the perfect builders for us. We decided to rebuild after we lost our house to a wildfire, and Tiffany and Steve walked us through the process which was completely new to us. They were open to our ideas from the plans to the decor and helped us to stay in budget and yet still have the things we really wanted in our new home. You both earned our greatest respect from the onset, and then as a bonus, we made wonderful friends along the way. We received so much more than just a house in this process. You followed our thoughts and understood our ideas perfectly. Constant communication throughout the build specifically prior to the draws; going over all the costs with our budget in mind was so very helpful. Steve is a master of resourcefulness and keeping everyone on task and on time. Tiffany's expertise in color and design, and willingness to walk us through the sea of options was so valuable. Every suggestion along the way lead us to a more efficient or better design in the end. We have watched your business grow; it continues to grow because of your talents and abilities. You both were constantly pushing for quality and productivity and that is exactly what we received. Steve was on site every day the contractors were on site.
