Sold me a home with an inoperable and malfunctioning fire sprinkler system. And now I have to pay out of pocket to fix it.

Do not recommend it. We were the first to buy from a new construction, after we bought the house they changed ALL THE EXTERIORS of the other townhomes EXCEPT ours and they want US to pay for the changes out of pocket.

Dishonest company who does not abide by their contracts. They signed a contract to buy a large piece of property from me to develop and they just stopped paying what was due and left town. They are the last company I would ever deal with as it is apparent that what they say or committ to legally means nothing. If they deal like this on a purchase, I assume they would be the same with someone buying a house from them. STAY AWAY

I closed on a Traton home in 2016...worst decision EVER, PERIOD!!!(and I was warned by a realtor...repeatedly, smh) In my opinion, and I repeat that this is my opinion only from my stressful personal experience. Based on the proven and observed lack of quality and attention to detail by the sub-contractor(s), who by the way are managed by Traton, and the horrendous errors discovered with flooring, numerous interior drywall and ceiling drywall flaws, missed structural code requirements (that I photographed at different intervals of the build and I had to bring it to the attention of the onsite PM/builders rep).... it's caused by sourcing low quality sub-contractor workers....not craftsmen skilled in quality building practices. They showed a complete lack of attention to detail. Don't do it - if I had to do over, I would avoid Traton Homes, LLC like the bubonic plague!! Don't give them one thin dime of your money......However if you do decide to do business with them - get an independent inspection at various phases of the build and hold them accountable...I will give them credit for trying to address it after I would point out things....but who should have to do that...and what about all of the poor suckers who didn't? The warranty work was recently signed off as complete...but again for the third time, I've looked at the drywall again in the evening and it is still worse than before...the floors are still severely hollow after 6 trips out by the flooring sub... I guess ignorance is bliss but for those in the know...we remain "Altogether Sore..."
