Building a home for the first time is always fraught with trepidation. No matter how much due diligence you do on a GC, there is a certain amount of blind faith that you need to place in them and the process. I'm glad to say that my faith in TREO didn't go unrewarded. Throughout the process, Eli & his team have been incredibly responsive and organized to keep within the timelines that were communicated upfront. Changes through the project are inevitable, but how they are handled and integrated can make or break your experience. I am happy to report that we closed the project extremely happy with the entire experience and look forward to enjoying this home for years to come. TREO Construction completed the construction of a custom-designed house for us with an incredible level of care. A detailed construction plan and superb communication kept us up-to-date with the project’s progress and helped in meeting deadlines for all the decisions that had to be made. Extremely happy with our new home! We explored several different options and knew this was the one from the moment we stepped foot inside. We live in a Treo built home and are quite satisfied! Upon moving in, Ricardo, Eli, and the Treo Team provided exceptional customer service by helping us get acquainted with our new home. The home buying or building experience has it challenges, especially in south Florida, but Treo has a solid reputation for not only building high quality luxury homes, but also making it a favorable experience.

I have used Treo construction now on several projects (commercial and residential). We just recently completed a 45 unit multifamily development and for the first time in three (3) decades of development I have a project that was delivered on time and on budget. In addition, Treo did an amazing job in reporting and was so transparent with all of their processes. Finally, Treo did a great job in "shielding" us from stressful situations that they were able to solve without consulting us on each and every immaterial issue that arose. On the residential side, the homes delivered by Treo are not only gorgeous, but they are delivered in a thoughtful manner - well thought out and complete. Again, delivery times were respected and the Treo team was always available to us for all of our questions and comments. I cannot recommend Treo high enough. They should be everyone's go-to contractor!

We definitely made the right choice when choosing Ricardo, Eli and their team to build our house by the lake! They were on top of the schedule and very mindful on the overall budget. Always on top of every detail and very responsive to our needs. Having the designer and builder under one roof was another great plus as communication and understanding of the design intent of the architect was always achieved without problems.
