Troy Domier Builder

Troy Domier is a 1986 graduate of Montana State University – B.S. in Business/ Economics. Troy’s roots in construction and conservation started in Montana, growing up in a construction and agriculture family. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Troy has a developed strong management skills in both the residential homebuilding and commercial construction. Troy’s residential experience has focused on single-family custom homes of varied styles and complexity. Troy’s commercial experience ranges from tenant improvements including clean room construction to new construction of ground-up buildings. Troy’s strengths include budgeting, estimating, contract negotiations, design/ build coordination, and overall project management. Troy is an Affiliate Member of the American Institute of Architects, Santa Clara County, CA and Denver, CO Chapter and has had projects published in media such as Sunset Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, Palo Alto Weekly and other local media. Troy is currently working towards becoming a LEED Green Associate and is actively involved in resource conservation studies and how they apply to building practices.
