Our HOA has started the process of removing 40yr old failing cedar shingles (fire risk) to new FIBER CEMENT (fire safe) siding. During the whole process, the crew and management were respectful of the residents and very neat and organized. At the end of each day the working areas were swept clean and debris was hauled away. I wanted to replace the windows and doors in our house so I hired US Accurate Construction Company. They were so skilled and talented. They designed stacked molding at the head of the doors and windows and helped select all the materials for the job, Fred would bring all the samples or items I would need to see to make a selection to my house saving me from having to drive all over town.. We are so pleased with the services. We highly recommend this company.

We needed a large Structural metal I beam about 36’ installed in our house for which we gave the contract to US Accurate Construction. The team was so skilled, hard working, and polite. They finished their work within the given timeframe and with awesome quality.

Fred was passionate about wood frame designing and really a true professional. The end result was awesome. He also suggested the pros of using a wooden frame like it is the renewable building material, provides better insulation, easy to use etc. I have a very delightful experience in working with him. The only concern that I want to drop one star is the timeline. They passed dead line for a week which is quite fair, but I’ll give them 4 stars rating.

U.S. Accurate Construction company has transformed our house. They have a complete team of well-experienced designers, architects, construction workers, carpenters, etc. The service was quick and superb. We rate them all five stars.

Fred suggested me a bunch of different ideas about bathroom designs and decorating concepts related to color, storage and layouts. He has installed a hidden tank toilet, bathtub and a window in the shower so that I can get proper ventilation and didn’t feel suffocated. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. It was really profitable to make the decision to hire this company. I am so glad that I did this.

They have a great team who knows how to deal with the client. Great workmanship and the best customer service. The structural frame of the fenceis looking gorgeous now and all thanks to Fred at US Accurate design build. I wish I could award this company more than 5 stars rating as I didn’t think that 5 stars are enough for their framing services. They were responsive, professional and super friendly to deal with. Overall experience was superb from beginning to end. I strongly recommend their framing services to everyone.
