About Us

US Builders Team is a Kirkland, Washington based residential and commercial design build firm with a combined 50 years of excellent craftsmanship we take pride to have built over 250 homes. Sonny Halbawy and his team have operated as a luxury home builder for the past 15 years, developing and renovating luxury view and waterfront homes. With more than 20 years of residential and commercial real estate sales experience, he has been mentored by some of the top 1% industry leaders nationally and is the co-owner of US Builders Team. Not only is he an award winning homebuilder, but an active member in his local community. In his spare time, Sonny is a passionate martial artist, having won many heavyweight titles. For the past 20 years, he has been an instructor of Kung Fu, enabling people of all ages to develop strength, patience. US Builders Team is focused and committed to understanding the needs of their clients. A certified short sale specialist, he holds extensive knowledge of real estate law and has a reputation for his high standards, integrity, and uncompromising values in everything he does. I hired US Builders Team LLC to redo my floors, kitchen, doors, and more and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sonny Halbawy, who runs the company, was professional, honest, and involved every step of the way. His team delivered high-quality work, stayed on schedule, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Also the best part is Sonny is still there for me after the project is complete. The attention to detail and care they put into my home truly stood out. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled contractor, I highly recommend Sonny and his team. I’ll definitely use them again!

I have known Sonny Halbawy, spanning parts of three decades and have found his work and delivery ethic to be of the highest standard. U.S. Builders approached our project with most caution, keeping an entire church congregation safe and accomodated. Sonny took it upon himself to add many extras to our project, and we have beautiful new floors. His suggestion for the style and size of tile was spot on, and the demolition of the old floors was above and beyond any standard I have ever experienced. This project improved our acoustics behond measure. Additionally, Sonny's involvement in the inter-religious community has brought much harmony and peace to the greater Seattle area. To top it all off, he is fun to be with, and has become a cherished and trusted friend. I highly recommend his company to anyone who wants an on-time delivery, respectful treatment and a magnificient outcome.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with Sonny and the US Builders Team. A tree fell on our house and we were working with our insurance. Sonny handled all the negotiations and did not let the insurance slide on anything. Our house is in better shape than before the tree fell on it thanks to the team. We will definitely be using them for any and every housing project. Thank to so much!!!!

Sonny and his team did a fantastic job on our patio project. I will admit that our project occurred during the height of Covid-19 pandemic which caused issues with staffing, product shortages and subcontractor delays. He and his team worked diligently to really produce excellent results. It's not often that you will see a company go the extra mile to do the job right. We now have a beautiful patio for entertaining guests. I highly recommend US Builder Team for all your home improvement Projects,

US Builders Team gets 5 stars from us! They were a pleasure to work with. In unusual circumstances, with Covid-19 making things more than a bit challenging, Sonny Halbawy and his team pulled off a beautiful job, installing a new bathroom and creating 2 bedrooms in a house we purchased to provide a functional home for adults with disabilities. Thank you Sonny! And a huge shout-out to Jim, who did exceptional work!

I contacted US Builders Team to build a wall unit which I had already decided the design and location. During the initial visit I realized after much discussion with Rusty, lead designer, that my design and location was not the best choice. He said, " You have chosen a Southwestern design for a Northwestern home." After numerous meetings with Rusty and Mohammad, project manager, a new design was created and the location was changed as well. This team is professional and pays attention to every detail, offering ideas and solutions throughout the whole process for which I am grateful for. They designed custom metal trim plus cut and welded a recessed box for the TV arm that allows for it to move vertical. The brickmason hand selected all the brick, carefully cut and laid them so that grout was not needed, to my liking. Through their insight, I have a beautiful, timeless brick wall unit complete with gas fireplace. As for the location, I'm so glad they did not hesitate to offer their professional opinion for it was the right call. This team deserves 5 stars!!!

Lead by Sonny Halbawy, US Builders Team readily demonstrates high end craftsmanship and professional integrity from start to finish. Sonny and his team were fair, timely, responsive, hard working and highly professional. Specifically, Sonny’s friendly and warm demeanor made communication easy and straightforward. We truly felt as though he had our best interest in mind. In addition, Sonny’s eye for design offered expert assistance in making certain aesthetic decisions about the design and finish of our home. The finished project was not only solidly crafted, but beautiful, as well.
