Verde Homes

I've owned a Verde Homes house for over 2 years now, and continue to find problems. While the house was under warranty they came out and made mediocre repairs that only got the home to the point where it was out of warranty. Many items opened during the warranty period were not fixed either. And new issues continue to arise with bad plumbing, poor siding, poor waterproofing, and shoddy workmanship.
