Vermont Frames

I cannot say enough great things about Vermont Frames, their staff, their framers, or the specific people I've worked with there. Jim and his staff spent at least 40+ hours on the phone with me, answering all my questions about their frames, their process, and their approach - all before I signed any agreement with them. I never visited them or one of their homes, never met them in person, never called previous clients - I just knew from our discussions they weren't going to sell me a home and leave me hanging. Over the 2 years I spent building my dream house, they answered every call, every email, and every question without hesitation, and always with a note of encouragement and support. 4 years later, I'd do it again in a heartbeat, and they'd be the first people I'd call to get started. They treated me and my home like their reputation depended completely on it, and every person that enters my house for the first time praises their craftsmanship without fail.

February 17, 2019 Finally getting near the end of my North Carolina house build and I just wanted to thank Jim and his Vermont team for building a great product. The quality and fit of the Frame and SIP panels was key in the success of this project. Everyone at Vermont Frames was courteous and very helpful. Jim, Chris and everyone else there never got tired of answering all my questions. I researched a lot of Timber Framers closer to me and VF offered the most comprehensive solution with the least amount of unnecessary drama. I hired one of Jim’s Field Technicians (Jake) to lead my local framers and in four days the frame was up. Jake was one of the hardest workers I had on the job site. He took charge of the raising from the first minute he was there. The precut SIP’s took another week and were easily installed without the need for Jake. So thanks to Vermont Frames for helping my wife and I survive this ambitious dream that started on a mountain top several years ago. Mark and Diane Majcher
