My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Highly recommend Theo's team - excellent communication, quick to respond, thoughtful decision-making, with high quality construction and attention to detail. One year on and we are still delighted with the build quality of our extension.

Virtue Projects redid the kitchen in our flat from scratch and we couldn't be happier. Theo and his team were helpful, courteous and professional - always answering my questions and trying to come up with solutions for issues as they arose. They fully grasped my vision and brought it to life, miraculously sticking to the budget we agreed at the beginning! I would happily use Virtue Projects again - I recommend them highly.

Virtue did a full loft conversion - bathroom included - with us living in the property, and it has been a surprisingly easy experience. They were tidy, courteous and very professional. And this was after we had a terrible experience with a different contractor, less than a year before. So we were relieved to say the least. Theo was great to deal with, from start to finish. He is excellent at communication, meaning that he'll answer e-mails, texts, give suggestions and supervise the work of his people and make sure the project runs smoothly. Not only we recommend them, but are already planning on the next stage of our home improvements, which are many.

We recently enlisted Virtue Projects to do some work in our outdoor kitchen, living space and garden. Theo oversaw the project from inception through to completion, providing invaluable ideas and suggestions about the design/finish along the way, and ensuring excellent attention to detail. They did a brilliant job and we're really happy with the result (our neighbours have even raved about how good it looks). We would definitely recommend their services and use them again for future work.

We've used Virtue projects for a number of jobs, ranging from a partial renovation to some light decorating. Vitrue are good listeners and this helps greatly when trying to explain what it is you want. We found their work to be of a high quality, irrespective of the budget. Virtue are knowledgeable on their trade and this meant we could bounce ideas off them and pick up some great tips on how things should be done. Virtue are also cost conscious and helped us to manage our budgets every time. Highly recommended but it always helps if you know what you want first ;)

First off all, a very friendly service. Listens and makes sensible suggestions. I was desperately in need of some work done in our house. Virtue did their best to accommodate the urgency. They came in, did an excellent job, went above and beyond, made sure I was happy and left the place clean and tidy. I cannot recommend Virtue highly enough. Very pleased.
