My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I would never recommend a home from this builder, terrbile craftmanship, none responsive to water issues, arrogant and not accountable for craftmanship issues. Not a real developer, just an investor, doens't even have a GC liscense. Roof was pourly constructed, did not last 5 years, will not standbye their work. Going on 2 years with a lawsuite over pour caftmanship and an unwillingness to address ongoing water issues. All subcontractors used on projects are do not warranty work. Do not purchase from a home from Virtuoso without contacting me directly. (Sensitive Information Hidden)
