In September of 2016, we built a 2400 sq. ft. ranch, with a 1200 sq. ft . attic, to be finished later, and a two car detached garage in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. We built a home that was not a typical Northwoods home. Waldmann accepted the challenge and created many features that we dreamed of. Waldmann took our personal design plan and perfected it. Every meeting with a Waldmann employee was refreshing. They did their jobs enthusiastically and professionally. Since they are a "turn key" company, our home took shape while we were halfway across the country. Their Waldmann building team worked in horrid conditions; extreme cold, delayed electricity, mud, etc., and delivered our home to us on budget and on the date agreed upon in our contract. They returned phone calls and communicated clearly with us in making decisions and explained all processes along the way. We have nothing but praise and thankfulness for the professionalism of their company and their subcontractors.

We could not have been happier with our experience with Waldman Construction. Brad guided us through the planning, and decision-making process with the utmost professionalism. His drawings, and proposals were incredibly detailed -absolutely no surprises or glitches. Melody, the interior designer, was extremely helpful. Matt, our project manager, has an attention to detail, and commitment to his work that was truly exceptional. Their cabinetmaker is a master craftsman, and his work is second to none. The construction crew was careful, respectful of our property, and proud of their work. The folks Brad contracted with for plumbing, electrical, septic…ran top notch operations. Four years have passed, we still keep in touch with Brad and Judy. All three generations of our family are enjoying the cabin, and we feel so grateful for the family legacy Waldman Construction helped us preserve.

Waldmann Construction Company should be renamed "Waldmann Craftsmanship Company". The work was meticulously done and the detailing inside and out is superlative. This approach, of course, takes longer than just throwing up a home so allow a few months more beyond the contract completion date. Long after you forget the late completion you'll be looking at outstanding details in your home.

Waldmann did something that no other Contractor I have dealt with in Northern Wisconsin has done and that is to commit to a schedule and meet it. The quality of their work was superior and their workforce was excellent.

Brad Waldmann and Waldmann Construction provide high quality construction services. Waldmann helped us design and then build a lake house. They hired and supervised all sub-contractors and assured the sub-contractors provided quality. Waldmann used their knowledge of building materials to help us meet our objective of low maintenance living. We especially appreciated their advice on areas where we had no knowledge. We would use Waldmann again in a heart beat.

We contracted with Waldmann Construction, Inc ( WCI) to design and build our vacation home. Living 3.5 hours away it was imperative to have a builder we could trust. We placed our trust in WCI to do quality work and that is exactly what we received at every stage of the project. After careful planning and obtaining the appropriate permits, WCI began the complete tear down and rebuild of our cabin in late October, 2014. Despite a particularly harsh winter, construction stayed pretty much on schedule and we were in our new house by late June, 2015. Our neighbor joked she could set her clock by the arrival of carpenters, Matt and Scott, to the job site every morning! Everyone at Waldmann Construction, Inc. (WCI) is knowledgable, skilled, professional, respectful, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. WCI's consideration of our wants, needs and budget, produced a beautiful home which we love! We highly recommend WCI and would use them for future projects.

We contracted with Waldmann Construction in 2014 for a fairly significant renovation including a complete kitchen and living area renovation. We had an excellent experience from project design to project completion. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, responsive, prompt and highly skilled. They listened courteously to our ideas and requests and advised us on the best, most efficient way to execute them. Estimates, budgets and costs were accurate, as were time estimates. We highly commend and recommend them.

We hired Waldmann Construction to design and build our retirement home. We provided our needs, wants, and wishes and Brad Waldmann and his team provided a plan that fit our input. We live out of state, more than 1200 miles from the construction site, and we were only able to make 2 visits during the construction process. This was the biggest issue and the highest priority on our list for a contractor; someone we could trust! Our original planning meetings with Brad Waldmann and his team were extremely important, as were the meetings with the electrical, plumbing, and flooring vendors that Waldmann used and referred us to. Knowing we could not be there during the build to make adjustments as construction issues came up, we needed a lot of planning and trust in the Waldmann team. We needed to trust them to look after our interest. Waldmann Construction met all our expectations! They constantly communicated with us through e-mails and phone calls. We were therefore able to keep the process on track, even exchanging signed documents and pictures as attachments to e-mails. The word working, cabinets, lighting, flooring, and bathroom fixtures came out exactly as we wanted and in some cases better than we imagined. Very few and only minor issues were on the final punch list. The quality of materials and workmanship was simply excellent. Construction did get delayed because of the extreme cold during the winter of 2013-2014. Waldmann Construction was still able to complete the project in a time frame we could all live with. We also had issues with the initial well but Waldmann Construction stepped up and worked with the well driller to quickly resolve the issues to our satisfaction. My wife and I highly recommend Waldmann Construction.

Waldmann Construction was great to work with. They worked off of existing plans, but recommended ways we could change the plans to stay within budget. Their workers were always courteous, clean, and they did a fabulous job. We will definitely be calling them again when we have additional work - hands down, best construction company we've ever worked with.

Waldmann Construction has just completed building a lake home for us in the Three Lakes area turning our design concepts into a beautiful finished product that will be cherished by our family for decades to come. They worked closely with us every step of the way from converting our design ideas into detailed plans, razing our existing structure, engaging highly qualified subcontractors, guiding us to reputable local providers for lighting, plumbing, and flooring, assuring the finest quality carpentry craftsmanship both inside and outside and completing exterior landscaping. We are very pleased with the resulting product. Their attention to detail and assuring quality craftsmanship in both exterior and interior was superb. Staff provided excellent ideas and guidance of the design details of the kitchen and baths and the cabinetry that were built in-house by Waldmann are beautiful. Staff, including the interior designer (Melody), project lead (Greg) and construction foreman (Pete) were always readily available to answer our questions, meet with us to discuss the work progress and resolve any concerns we had along the way. We would highly recommend Waldmann Construction to anyone desiring construction of a high quality Northwood’s home.
