My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Jordan Wallace, Superintendent, is a Professional Engineer specializing in structural engineering and Project Management. James Wallace has built my house twice. Once before we moved to Tennessee and the second time after a tornado ripped through it. When the insurance representative was at the house after the tornado he commented on the quality of the work, and said the entire house should have been a pile of rubble, but the builder did it right. His work is impeccable, and we would recommend him to anyone!

James Wallace built our 4500 sq ft log lake house. He did a beautiful job and used only top quality sub-contractors. We were living out-of-state at the time and trusted James to insure the project was done well. After living here 4 years we are now working with James and his.son Jordan on a two story addition. Wallace Custom builders built our dream retirement lake house. It was the first time we had ever built but working with James made it a real fun project. I never had to worry about the craftsmanship and quality of the contractors work. He followed work a daily basis and was open to all communications and needs. We were friends before the work started and after.

James did a remodel for us on an older home about 6 years ago. Still seeing value in the guidance he provided. Very easy to work with and most importantly he started and finished when he said he would and on budget.

Commented: What color are the upper cabinets?The color of the upper cabinets is a creamy beige with a brown glaze. The lighting in this picture makes these cabinets look a little green but the are a creamy beige.

Commented: What color enamel did you use on the lockers?Paint color is Sherwin Williams "Dovetail Gray 7018". This color was also used on the cabinets in the laundry room and the Jack & Jill bathrooms.
