Founder Martin Walsh came from a family in the construction industry. Immigrating from Ireland in the mid 80’s, he began his career in the concrete business as a laborer; digging ditches and footings by hand, to carpenter, foreman and superintendent. In 1996 he decided to open his own company with these rules in mind: honesty, hard work, dedication and with an eye for perfection.
