A full understanding of our expectations and interests with regard to the design of the house, especially including the ability to provide value engineering throughout the process based on a full and complete understanding of the build implications associated with design decisions. 2. The ability to select and manage subcontractors throughout the build process. This includes acting in our interest with respect to ensuring that subs provided timely and quality work as we were not generally present throughout the construction process. 3. Willingness to address any issues or alterations that we have felt to be necessary from the time of occupancy until now (approximately 11 months to date of this writing). 4. Use of a fully transparent and open process with regard to the pricing estimate, billing process, and invoice support materials. 5. Overall knowledge of the work being done. 6. Continued follow up with us to ensure that we are fully satisfied with the work.

We selected Westover Construction to build our mountain dream retirement home. They are a design/build firm which did a great job of taking our concepts and turning them into a home that far exceeded our expectations. Westover has years of experience building in the Estes Valley and their ideas for design and finishes created an exceptional home. We had an idea for a fire tower (view tower) adjacent to the house and Westover took the concept and ran with it - creating a truly unique space that we will enjoy for years to come. It took about 18 months to complete the home. Although we would have liked for it to be completed sooner, building a truly custom home in the mountains on acreage the timeline is understandable.

Addition to living room, master bedroom and master bath addition. Complete new kitchen. Enlarged middle floor bathroom. Resided house and garage.

We are very pleased with our decision to use Westover Construction to build our new home in Allenspark, CO (just outside of Estes Park where Westover is located). Building a home has proven to be a process where one must trust the contractor to provide value and take care of them, and Westover has not betrayed our trust. The company is run with integrity.
