Bought new home in Ashland in Smyrna Delaware .Residents are great 3sales people are great. Problem is they tend to forget things go at 100 miles an hour when your going back and forth form another state to where your buying .Ordered a counter top after seeing one in a residents house. Told women in front of my neighbor what I wanted. Showed me diagram at closing, I cant read blue prints and didn't notice a 10 inch difference from the left end to the rest of the top. So since I signed off on it ,its my fault and they wont fix it.I'm not th eone who gave the person that drew it up the figures, they did .A case of not wanting to admit a mistake.Just be very careful before you signed off on plans

My wife and I moved to our current home, built by Wilkinson Homes, in December of 2016. As most who have gone through the construction of a new home know, there are many decisions one has to make. Although this was not our first new home, we still needed the guidance of the entire staff of Wilkinson Homes to make the right decisions. Our new home was finished right on schedule and on budget and is very well constructed. We have had just a few minor issues which were addressed promptly. I met Mr. Wilkinson shortly before the start of the construction. He gave me his cell number and asked me to contact him anytime for any reason (aside from the name, we never knew the builder of our previous home). To this date he stops me regularly to check on things. I have the highest regards for Mr. Wilkinson and his entire staff and crew which by the way have been with him for decades (this speaks volumes of him and the organization he runs). I was in the market for a townhouse in Landenberg. Upon visiting and inspecting a newly constructed townhouse for sale by Wilkinson Homes at Harlow Pointe Ct., Landenberg, PA, I was impressed by the good workmanship and the low maintenance exterior of the structure. As a retired engineer not wanting to have things to maintain and to repair in the future. this townhouse was just what I was looking for. I purchased the townhouse in July 2017. The purchasing process was smooth, the punch list was promptly addressed, and both seller and buyer were satisfied upon closing the deal.

We've had nothing but outstanding service and sincere, helpful professionalism from everyone in the Wilkinson organization. This includes their onsite sales and project management staffs, and those we've encountered to select options, explore financing, and arrange a flexible closing date. We got a high quality home, at a fair price. Attention to detail has been excellent, including the owner's checking to ensure our street had been pre-treated for an expected snowfall. The onsite sales manager has been easily accessible, and responsive to our every issue, questions. The HOA has been effective and communicates well. Our 14-day and one-year punch lists (all normal items) received immediate response and follow-up to resolution. We strongly recommend Wilkinson Homes.

First time Wilkinson Home buyers; but not the last time. Excellent quality & buying experience. Very flexible and great to work with. Everything we imagined in our new house we were able to realize. And we love the community we are in: right size; right layout and right ambiance. But best of all, great neighbors making a great neighborhood.

Our experience has been great. the price , the value of the home and amenities were the best. The quality of the structure and the quality of the interior furnishings were outstanding. We compared this project to many others and this project by far was superior to anything else that we looked at before making our decision. all the employees we came in contact with from sales to the construction folks were great. The experience of the closing was excellent! The selection processes could have been a little better! We provably put a door in the garage vs window if we New it was available. The lot we chose is great but because this is a 55 or older community there should be a privacy fence to delineate the day care behind Furies Street but over all quality of structure is excellent.

The best builder in Southern Chester County and Delaware. Quality and service are great. I would not have selected another builder in the area.
