WHO WE ARE Owned by Ryan and Kim Williams - Ryan began in construction at age 19 and built his first home at age 21. He started Willco Construction over 8 years ago. Today, Willco builds new homes and continues to work with leading commercial contractors, including Key Construction. Willco employs a crew of 5-20 depending on the scope of work and has framed many commercial buildings, such as 35,000 sq. ft. Cypress Springs (Webb and 21st), 15,000 sq. ft. Clark Investments at the Waterfront, and the 50,000 sq. ft. Health and Rehabilitation Center in Derby. Kim graduated with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and continued on to work in Marketing, Graphic Design and Photography. Loving the creativity of this work, led to joining her husband in the business as a Designer and Co-Owner. With a design focus to New Home Construction, Kim enjoys working directly with clients to create a home that is uniquely theirs and not mass produced. We are, and plan to stay, a specialty builder. We build one-of-a-kind, custom homes and limit the number of homes we build each year. Our strength and our enjoyment of building, is in the design and possibilities of each home.
