My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wind River built our 6200 square-foot dream house. We worked with them through the design and all the way to the finish. They have been on top of things throughout the building process. Our house was completed much faster than the surrounding houses being constructed. There were no gaps in the construction process. Every day there was something going on. The subcontractors were loyal to Windriver and therefore showed up and completed their work in a timely fashion. Windriver was good about having the subcontractors redo things when necessary. Now that the building phase is complete, it is beautiful and we are very happy. Windriver has also been very attentive in the post construction phase to make sure that everything is functioning and that necessary touchups get done. I should also mention that their help in design and making tasteful selections was invaluable. Thank you very much!

I have worked with Wind River for 5 years and I would highly recommend them! They have done multiple Tenant Improvements for our developments in Snake River Landing and Sandcreek Commons. Wind River is professional, dependable, find ways to keep costs down and provide excellent quality work. Projects are always completed in a timely manner and you could not ask for better customer service.

This husband and wife team is a joy to work with. Quinn is the contractor, and is the most honest and hard working builder I have come across. Robyn is the designer whose ideas are cutting edge and very insightful. Sometimes contractors and designers have their own agenda to push - not these guys. They will listen to your ideas and work with you in an easy manner to build an enjoyable, memorable and long-lasting project.
