After meeting with a few builders, we went with Winfield Homes and we are very pleased with the result! We had never been involved in a new construction before, but had heard/read some horror stories of how things can go wrong, so one of our primary goals was to find a contractor who would be there with us through the end and not drop the ball if problems arose with punch list items, subcontractors, etc. Winfield was there for us and did not disappoint. We did have an issue with some of the tile work by one of the subs, and Winfield was helpful getting it resolved and fixed. Construction was also taking place approximately May 2021-Jan 2022, and there were various Covid related supply chain issues and delays but Winfield did a wonderful job navigating that and still completing the project very close to the original estimated completion date. Communication was good throughout the process, and we felt like we understood what was happening along the way. The team was friendly and easy to work with. We have now been in our home for about 16 months and we love it! It’s beautifully done, and we would definitely recommend Winfield to anyone looking to build a new home.

Winfield has and deserves a great reputation for building efficient and beautiful homes. Their professionalism, personalism, flexibility and guidance were a big help for our endeavor into our new home build. Their staff and their proven team of subcontractors were responsive, effective and straightforward in completing our home as planned.

This was exactly the opposite with Winfield. They made the process as stress-free as possible and helped us along the way from setting up our floorplans to selections and decisions we needed to make. Were there delays and some issues along the way? Of course...but any issues were addressed right away and were handled with the utmost care and timeliness. If you are looking to build a custom quality-built home in a low-stress environment, Winfield Homes should be at the top of your list.

From start to finish Winfield had our view in mind. They built the home we had dreamt of and were very upfront and informative throughout the entire process. They kept to a timeline and included us in all decisions during the process. The subcontractors that were utilized were all very professional and in our opinion of very high quality. WInfield Homes built our forever dream home and did a wonderful job. Winfield Homes has assembled a team of knowledgeable, caring and patient craftsmen who built us our dream house. Each worker applied their skills to our project as if it was their own home. We especially appreciated the time they gave us to work through the initial design, advise on product choices and answer the "should we or shouldn't we" questions that came up along the way.
